Tiny Living Room Inside a PC
The PC Living Room (or is that Living Room PC) is furnished tiny little dollhouse furniture, including a sofa, a comfy chair, and even a little lamp that plugs into one of the PC’s accessory power circuits. I love the little details like the gumball machine, a bottle of Coke and the New York Times paper sitting on one of the chairs. All they need is a couple of mini arcade games, and they’d be all set.
And is that a box of Cracker Jacks sitting on the side table? That reminds me – what the hell is the deal with the prizes in Cracker Jacks these days? Who the hell thinks a 2 cent piece of paper with some folding die cuts is a “prize”? Not me. I mean really, once they eliminated the choking hazard, it was all downhill for me. Anyway, I digress…
Thankfully, they decided to leave the side off the computer so the PC’s tiny occupants won’t overheat or suffocate. That would be a real mess to clean up.

The Seafarers
The Seafarers is a fun little online series that Kelly Tunstall and Ferris Plock have been animating together. Elevating simple tales of the sea with deliciously rendered illustration an unexpected humor, The Seafarers is the type of irreverent, bizarre, and yet somehow tender entertainment that kids could use more of these days.

The New "eBook Reader"
Barns & Noble has announced their eBook Reader, Nook($259). Nook has two screens: a top e-ink screen and a 3.5-inches color touchscreen below, which supports one-touch control and swipe-to-browse books with full-color covers. The device supports free use of AT&T's 3G network and Wi-Fi for downloading and purchasing books. It also runs Android, and including 2GB of internal storage(hold 1,700 e-books), a microSD slot, an MP3 player and picture viewer. Nook not only allows you to access their online ebooks, it also can access Google Books, and Fictionwise.
