Introducing Ryan McElhinney’s awesome toy lamp!

Ryan Mac Elhinney began his career as a cartoonist and an animator for Disney and the Fox Animation Studios in the USA. Back in Great Britain, this awesomely talented Irish developed his love for modern design in London where he created this marvelous Toy Lamp, made of recycled old school geeky toys… And that’s some work : Ryan spent 6 weeks meticulously painting and fusing all those toys together ! A real geeky wonder IMHO. Anyway, it seems Ryan’s career is quite versatile - he designed the cake for Elton John’s wedding, is working on Noel Gallagher’s house, but also id desgning Carrie Fisher’s house! Go over to his website for more very interesting info on the guy.
