Bill Plympton

He makes several shorts every year, uses a maximum budget of $1000/minute and uses movie festivals to promote his work. He also does commercial work for television and music videos. He sells DVDs, posters, soundtracks, books, and original artworks. All for the purpose of financing his next film. Here is a 20 min. interview about his career.
