Green Lantern: Emerald Knights

are surfacing from the upcoming DC animated movie 'Green Lantern: Emerald Knights' being released direct-to-DVD in June. If it's anything like their last Green Lantern: First Flight animated film, I'll be thrilled to see it, in the last 3 years, nearly all of the Warner Brothers' DC superheroes direct to video movies (and shorts) have been stellar. Especially "First Flight", it had a fantastic script, designs, animation, and voice actors as well. I'm hoping this follow-up will match up.
Plot Description: While awaiting a battle with Krona, an ancient enemy of the Guardians of the Universe, Earth's Green Lantern Hal Jordan, Kilowog, Sinestro and other members of the Green Lantern Corps recount their greatest adventures to new recruit Arisia - everything from tales of the first Lantern to the ominous events that led to the Corps' Blackest Night!

Tom Lowe and his band of talented friends as they travel across the American Southwest in search of mesmerizing imagery. The folks are shooting with Canon/Red cameras, also used by David Fincher for The Social Network. Of course, its not just the quality of the equipment but the creative application that makes film and cinematography so amazing.
