A near-mint copy of Detective Comics No. 27, a pre-Second World War comic featuring Batman's debut, was recently found in an attic and sold to a local collector in Ellwood City, Pa.

This is a small line and color job done on the computer. He first created his drawing using Adobe Illustrator, then copied it into Photoshop to put some basic paint onto it.

The Quarter is a new collective of writers, directors, designers and animators launched by NY's Nola Pictures. Charlie Curran, EP/founder at Nola, says the focus is on "insightful execution, especially in non-traditional media. We try to tailor the message by catering to and entertaining the specific audiences that frequent these destinations."Example: Spike TV viral campaign (spot 1, spot 2)
to promote the cable network’s fight shows. The Quarter wrote, directed, animated and voiced the cartoons with Nola Pictures retaining all rights to the characters.
