The Cinematography of "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" 2011

Cinematographer: Jeff Cronenweth
He's worked on many of David Fincher's films; inlcuding Se7en, Fight Club, and The Social Network.

My favorite sequence in The Social Network is the Rowing Scene. Using the Tilt-Shift Photography style accompanied with the 'Hall of the Mountain King' score by Trent Reznor. It's beautifully shot and the one scene that just didn't seem to fit with the rest of the film because it looked so different, simply brilliant.

Fincher's latest film, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" is being released on the 21st of December. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will be returning to provide the music for this movie. The trailer for it was launched last week, and it is one of the best I've ever seen, I can't stop watching it. Fast, energetic, and compelling.

The editing matches perfectly with the "Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin (remade by Reznor & Karen O.) and of course, every shot is beautifully composed as well.
