Glenn was probably most known for playing the Mayor of Halloweentown in Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas. He passed away just last September 7th, at the age of 58. In a career spanning nearly 30 years, Shadix worked often with director Tim Burton. Shadix played Otho the interior designer in the 1988 classic, Beetlejuice and played Senator Nado in the 2001 remake of Planet of the Apes.
Other voice roles include Brain and Monsieur Mallah in Teen Titans, Sgt. Glen Dale on Burton's Stainboy, a series of animated shorts. Tso Lan in Jackie Chan Adventures, and several guest appearances on animated series like Cow and Chicken, Time Squad, and Duckman, and of course his most notable one being Burton's 1993 stop-motion animated film, The Nightmare Before Christmas.
