How to Deal with Being a Professional Introvert
Being an Animation Studio Manager/Director off and on over the past 18 years has made me well aware of the fact that amongst the wide spectrum of personality types that live inside a television animation studio, the professional introvert makes up for a large majority of the crew members on the production.
An animator sent me this video, and it was a great reminder of how to better work with the animation artists on your team. Both the individuals and the production will benefit from everyone being more aware of the fact that with slight modifications to the daily/weekly workflow, we can all greatly improve the crew's mental health and overall productivity.
